We would like to inform our clients about an important update to our shipping destinations.
Latin America Removed
Effective immediately, we are no longer accepting orders for delivery to any country in Latin America.
Previously, Brazil was the only Latin American destination excluded from our shipping network. Following a recent review of logistics performance, customs reliability, and delivery consistency, we have decided to discontinue shipping to the entire region.
This change affects all Latin American countries without exception.
Dubai Now Available
On a more positive note, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully opened a new shipping route to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Clients located in Dubai can now place orders through the standard ordering process.
Important Limitation
At this time, shipping availability applies only to Dubai.
We are not currently accepting orders for delivery to other cities or regions within the UAE, including but not limited to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, or Al Ain.
Orders with delivery addresses outside Dubai may be declined.
Looking Ahead
We continuously monitor shipping performance and evaluate new destinations as opportunities become available. If additional UAE cities or other international destinations become available in the future, we will announce those updates through the News section of the website.
