How to Pay with Crypto

We accept USDC on Solana, USDT on TRC-20 (TRON), and native SOL. No prior crypto experience needed — this guide covers every available method.

Why Only Crypto?

Peptides and research compounds occupy a complex regulatory space. In many jurisdictions they are classified as controlled or restricted substances — and banks, card networks, and payment processors treat them accordingly. Orders paid via credit card or wire transfer frequently trigger compliance reviews, with payment freezes of 6–8 weeks being routine in this industry, not an edge case. Crypto eliminates the bank layer entirely: payments settle in minutes, are cryptographically verifiable on-chain, and cannot be reversed or frozen by an intermediary.

Recommended: Phantom Wallet (150+ Countries)

Phantom is a self-custody Solana wallet with a built-in buy feature. It lets you purchase crypto with a debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer — comparing live quotes from providers including Stripe, Coinbase Pay, MoonPay, Robinhood Connect, and Transak — and then send directly to your order address from the same app. Available at phantom.com.

  1. Install Phantom (iOS, Android, or browser extension) from phantom.com/download.
  2. Tap Buy, select USDC or SOL, enter your fiat amount, and compare provider quotes.
  3. Complete the purchase. Crypto arrives in your Phantom wallet.
  4. Tap Send, paste the wallet address from your order page, enter the exact amount, and confirm.

Other US Methods

Coinbase: Buy USDC, then go to Send / Receive, select USDC, choose the Solana network, paste the order address, and confirm. New accounts may face first-time send holds — using Phantom as an intermediate step avoids delays.

Robinhood: Supports Solana and USDC. Enable crypto transfers in account settings (allow up to 5 business days for first activation). Send USDC or SOL directly to the order address via the Crypto section, or use the Robinhood Wallet app.

Venmo (SOL only): Venmo supports native SOL transfers to external wallets. Use the native SOL payment option on your order page (rate locked 60 minutes, +5% premium), then send from Venmo Crypto → Send → SOL.

International Methods

Binance.com: Supports both USDC (Solana network) and USDT (TRC-20 network). Go to Wallet → Withdraw, select the asset and correct network, paste the order address.

Revolut (EU/UK): Go to Crypto → Send, select USDC or USDT, add the order address as an external wallet, and select the correct network. Premium or Metal account may be required for external withdrawals.

Important: Always Select the Correct Network

Sending on the wrong network results in permanent loss of funds. When sending USDC, always select Solana. When sending USDT, always select TRC-20 (TRON). When sending SOL, it is always native Solana — no network selection needed.

Holds and Verification Requests

Exchanges and payment apps may temporarily hold funds or request additional identity verification, especially on first-time sends to external addresses. This is a platform-side decision outside our control. If it happens, complete the verification process — funds are not lost. If your payment window expires while a hold is being resolved, contact us and we will extend it.

All platforms listed in this guide are independent services and may change their features, supported networks, and terms without notice. Always verify current steps in each platform's official help center.
