Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Notice
We would like to inform our customers that China will observe the Dragon Boat Festival holiday from June 18 through June 21.
The Dragon Boat Festival is one of China’s most important traditional holidays. During this period, many factories, warehouses, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers either suspend operations or operate with reduced staffing. As a result, some business processes may take longer than usual.
What Orders Are Affected?
This only affects new orders for which the deposit has been paid but supplier confirmation has not yet been received.
Order confirmations, invoice generation, and supplier responses may be delayed until normal operations resume.
What About Orders Already Paid?
Orders for which final payment has already been completed have already been handed over to the freight forwarder and are currently in transit.
However, tracking information and shipment notifications may be sent later than usual due to reduced staffing among logistics partners during the holiday period.
Expected Schedule
Normal operations are expected to resume on Monday, June 22.
