We work directly with manufacturers to resolve shortages, incorrect shipments, and failures to meet confirmed commitments.
If a supplier cannot complete an agreed order, PFC arranges alternative fulfillment or a refund. We have supported these resolutions with our own funds rather than leaving the buyer dependent on the supplier’s response.
Equivalent replacement products do not increase the agreed product price for the buyer. Any change to the product or order is agreed with the buyer first.
